Hey there! It's Bürgus speaking, Paciulo's goat assistant.

After reviewing recent inquiries, I realized our Trello queue was too confusing, so I reworked it entirely.

It’s now split into only two queues (International / Brazilian), sorted chronologically and by payment status. Fully paid orders from each year are prioritized. Side projects have been intermittently merged with similar entries in the main queue, and “year” labels now show the original commission year. We plan to make one national and two international fursuits per month.

This doesn’t change delivery order, it just makes everything more transparent.

On top of the accident Paciulo suffered a year ago delaying things, we’ve been understaffed ever since our most experienced employee left earlier this year while we were financially unstable. But here’s the good news: we’re finally hiring someone new to speed things up.

And please note: constantly pinging and even threatening Paciulo won’t make your suit come faster. We know the wait sucks, but we’re doing our best and we have to be fair to all customers equally.
