I'm looking for someone who does free commissions ((any artist is fine, you're all wonderful <3 )) I don't have a Paypal account so I can't really pay anyone back other than ordering stuff from eBay without shipping fee or total price including shipping fee.
((Example: your art $20, eBay price 18.00 + $2.00 shipping fee)) or something between the price of your art is fine by me. Note me for detail on info for Purchasing something for you on eBay or Note me if you're able to donate a free Commission or do an Art Trade.
