Payment plan agreement:

You, the consumer (hereby referred to as "you" " the consumer" or "the payer") will pay for all products and services with a payment plan option as per your request. Payment times are predetermined and for your records a list of payment amounts and due dates will be provided. The payer will process all payments to PCU (Popcorn Unicorn) with the paypal payment system. There is a subsiquent fee of 2.9% + 30 cents subjected by Paypal. For the first payment transaction this fee will be paid by PCU, but all subsiquent payments will have the payer assume this cost. These fees are already included in your payment plan/due date bill. If you consolidate 2 payments into one transaction the fee is removed from one subsiquent payment. If your consolidate the last two payments you must remove the fee before processing the payment or the fee will be returned to you in an unmarked envelope from USPS via a money order.

Late payment fees:
If you contact PCU before the due date and a defferal is agreed upon there is no fee. If you fail to contact PCU and no payment is made there is a fee of $5. If the payment is still not made after 1 week the fee is assessed again. If after 3 weeks there is no communication or payments made the order will be canceled. If the funds recieved fully covered the cost of any and all materials purchased as well as fair compensation for time and services rendered for the product(s) ordered a refund of the balance will be sent in an unmarked envelope from USPS via money order. If the previous payments have not fully covered the cost of any and all materials purchased as well as fair compensation for time and services rendered for the product(s) ordered a final bill will be sent in a marked envelope from USPS to the address provided.
