Alright everybody, something very worrying is on course. If you are not aware of it (which you really have to) there's been from Discord the announcement of "Age Verification" Feature to ensure the User's Legal Status (Kid, Teen, Adult) as an OBLIGATORY procedure to determine your access level on any servers you are (unless there's a backup check from the staff or an AI for either the age of the Discord Profile to avoid this procedure, as THEY must for every user's account older than 5 Years, or with the background activities of the users. Which means that Discord seems (since inspiration from the United Kingdom actual state for people and political status (ALL seems to become 1984, people warned about that and yet Mankind seems to have forgotten what George Orwell wrote as a warning)) to follow steps of brainless politics that wish to oversee what people do and determine if their ID match what THEY ARE allowed to do or see.

Yet in my country, not all Explicit contents on X/Twitter are hidden (also I've paid a membership to NordVPN (Yet on some streaming websites it's off as they don't run at all because of it), but still, what they seems to forget, its is that they have no means to avoid ID hacking and Data Theft, and because of that, they'll be the 1st to NOT comply to their own ambitions, because they do knows that it will retaliate against them (unless they are too braindead to understand the actual threat level of hackers beyond the cloud and comply to their own stupid moves and getting destroyed in a matter of minutes or even seconds).

In retaliation from this announcement, many users withdrawn their "Nitro's Membership" (I've never paid for this since my login on Discord when it was announced, because I don't pay for "Extra" Services over platform that are free and still run fine as it is), and some even closed their Discord Software to contest this implementation (That's exactly how Skype Died when it became too charged of worthless anti-community features), and also their announcement got backlash by users and others communities for being "Pro-Totalitarist", but the real trouble is either the staff withdrawn their former belief when their software overpass both Skype and TeamSpeak trying to ensure more ownership and exclusivities towards the users for more incomes, or they are pressed by the politics to implement this as a "Child Safety Measure" while forgetting that it is not the duty of programers/developers to adapt EVERYTHING for child's safeties, it would be like making "Left 4 Dead" Kid Friendly just because the devs were forced by politics to do so, content creators shall not be punished because "Kids" got frightened of their creations, despite being completly OUT of a certain Age Range (Like putting a child of 8 years old with Resident Evil in their hands, when I've played the demo of "Silent Hill 1" on PS1 at 9, it frightened me, but I've never complain about what it did to me, because I've stated in myself: well, this game is not for me.)

Giving the politics and the State MORE power over People's lifetime and duties is actually doing the perfect Inconsistency of what people wanted, it could be some rare occasions when some Free Countries actually have Harsh Justice and Laws, like Japan, when people seem to wish the Government to get MORE involved in the people's Life to enhance Safety, it is braking Freedom, but in this case, it is actually Individual's Personal Data that will be not only exposed, but also exploited by Hackers and Thieves (Which I swear I should had taken lesson from 1 of my former mother's friend that had Computer's Knowledge to act like 1 and tracking them down to DESTROY THEM FOR GOOD !), destroying Innocent Life because of Data Theft, which Discord already suffered from a BIG Data's Leak in October of the previous Year, and now they announced to add this features while thousands of User's Data got stolen ? It shows that they have neither the Manpower or the Means to protect everybody on their platform if this features is added for real.

Because of that, some alternatives were stated by multiple server's owners to make an exodus, but I've read on X / Twitter that "Root" is actually WORST in terms of safety, some others stated that "Stoat" might be the best alternative, unless Valve get involved and announce the enhancement of their Platform to make it equal to Discord with all the safeties Valve are up to for their users (They are not perfect thought, but stills good they wish the best user's experience in every way possible).

So, what about you, would you rather risk exposing your true ID (unless as stated at the start of the journal others backup procedures are up) and keeping Discord where you might get hacked because of Unremoved ID's (remember they don't have the Manpower of the Means to protect everyone's Data in case of leaks) ? Or would you like before join another App like Discord to keep traces of your favorites artists and fellows ?

EDIT: This "Discord Situation" brough me another theory: Politics really think that they understand what is good for people and wish to bring their vision of a sane life, by taking measures against individuality, but not in the manners of 1984, but more like "Demolition Man" with Sylverster Stallone and Wesley Snipes, were after an Apocalypse, the world is ruled in a fully sanitize mood, that even Police forces cannot use Violence for the sake of everyone, by a single mind that believed that he knows what everyone need and forbid what he consider to be harmful for man, only to get killed by the accomplices of the criminal he made released to fulfil his will, and that's exactly how the world is going, all the necessary thing that could happen is someone eager to brake his actual status and take over things his ways.
