I've lurked FA for a while until I found 
hetzer's UTO universe.
That inspired me to contribute to FA, though it probably will just be UTO stories.
Stories that aren't UTO related on my profile are unlikely. It's such an amazing universe.
The dynamics of macro/micro make for appealing content, but I find the most satisfying stories are the ones where the macro isn't illogically cruel for no reason or where it blows up in their face.
