Terms of Service (Last Updated April 16, 2025)

I specialize in:
- Goofy, Intimate, Cute, or any combination of the three
- SFW content
- Simple 1-2 character pieces with basic backgrounds
- Sketches (rough or relatively clean)
- Short comics (single panel, 2-3 panel strips, or 4-5 panel pages)
- Jokes, visual gags and other comedic scenarios
- Simple character design
- Interaction and world building

Please check first if you’re interested in:
- NSFW content
- Long/Multi-Page comics
- Complex detailing and backgrounds
- Complex character designs
- Pieces involving 3+ characters

I Do Not Draw:
- Non-consensual scenarios
- Hateful/Derogatory scenarios
- Extreme Kinks/Fetishes (Watersports, Inflation, Diapers, etc.)
- BDSM
- Incest
- Animal genitalia (Knots, barbs, etc.)
- Beastiality/Zoophilia (Non-Anthro/Feral)
- Pedophilia/Cub, including characters who appear underage
- Characters I do not have permission from owner to draw
- Anything that will get me in legal trouble
- I reserve the right to turn down any additional scenario I am uncomfortable with

Exceptions might be made for satirical/comical context, so long as still well-meaning and appropriate in nature. If unsure, please ask. Attempting to circumvent restrictions will result in being blocked from any further communication.

While I am open to drawing most species, I am better at some than others. I recommend asking before requesting the following (unless I've done them for you before):
- Reptiles
- Amphibians
- Dragons
- Marine Animals
- Birds
- Original Species (ie. Sergals, Yinglets)
- Pokemon
- Humans and Humanoids (ie. Goblins, Elves)

Use of My Characters
- You may request art of my characters in SFW, so long as it is appropriate to the character(s) requested
- You may draw or commission my characters in non-romantic, SFW scenarios
- You may NOT draw or commission another artist to draw NSFW content involving my characters. I will NOT give permission, and there are NO exceptions
- Any permissions are one-time only unless otherwise specified
- I reserve the right to turn down any request I am not comfortable with, even if I have previously given permission
- If you are ever unsure, ask! Better safe than sorry!

Commissions and Trades
- I require all information for a project up front before accepting
- I generally work on projects in the order that they are accepted, but may move between projects depending on what work is still needed (I have more opportunities to sketch than do lineart, so several projects may be sketched first before any are completed)
- I will provide updates on a weekly basis at minimum. Additional communication will be made as requested, if reasonable
- I provide at least one WIP, at a stage before any details are finalized. Commissioner may request additional WIPs if reasonable, either before or after this stage.
- You may cancel a project at any time until the first WIP is provided; reasonable requests to cancel after this point will be considered
- I do not guarantee that your inquiry will be accepted even if it meets all requirements
- If I do not accept your inquiry, please do not persist in getting me to accept it, or you will be blocked from further communication

Payment
- PayPal is preferred payment method, and will be requested via invoice
- Art trades will be considered as a form of payment, but will be arranged before any project is accepted
- Price will be discussed and confirmed before project is accepted
- An invoice will be sent prior to the beginning of the project. NO PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE PROJECT IS INITIATED AND A WIP IS PROVIDED. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED YOUR PAYMENT IF YOU SEND IT BEFOREHAND.
- I reserve the right to discount the price after beginning the project, but will not increase without the approval of the commissioner, and only if additions are being considered.
- Payment will be requested after approval of final rough sketch WIP, unless otherwise arranged. If you do not receive an invoice as expected, please let me know ASAP
- Refunds will be considered in the event of an emergency, or reasonable dissatisfaction with project
- If you need to cancel a project and/or request a refund, please let me know ASAP
- Failure to pay (or complete a trade) will result in suspension from further requests or commissions until issue is resolved
-If I do not provide an invoice or estimate, the commissioner is absolved of obligation to provide payment

Other Info
- Please understand that I draw as a hobby. I work full time and have other obligations that I prioritize over art, so my ability to take on and complete projects is limited by those priorities
- I do not appreciate sexual, hateful, and otherwise vulgar comments, either on my work or in direct conversation with me. If you cannot speak respectfully, you will be blocked from further communication
- If you are found to be willfully attempting to sidestep any of my policies, or have been caught doing so by another artist, you may be blocked from making inquiries or other communication
