A friend of mine 
recently got the bill for some dental work, and he needs our help.
I can't do much atm, so I'm signalboosting as much as I can

He's exhausted pretty much every option, and has to rely on the goodwill of others at this point in time.
His bill is American-sized big medical bill, so if you want to support him, throw him a few bucks.
