a month agoHey, I’m here with a few updates.
I’ve been very inactive on my galleries and social media over the past six months (to be honest, the whole past year has been just awful), but I think you’ve noticed that.
My first and only relationship—which lasted nearly 15 years—has ended. I lost my pet (a Canadian Sphynx named Enakin) after a serious illness two days before New Year’s, and my cat Mysh was diagnosed with cancer in November; she’s already had two surgeries to remove tumors, and she has two more to go. Apart from those two, I have no one left by my side; I tried to do everything I could and continue to do so for Mysh. This has affected me deeply, both emotionally and financially. I was barely managing to pay the bills for treatment and rent.
As for the latest developments—I’m moving to another city, closer to my friends. I’m in the final stages now; I’ll be there by Wednesday, and the moving company will deliver my belongings on Saturday. I’m a little scared—I’ve lived here for over 10 years, a third of my life—but if I don’t make a change, things will only get worse. I really hope this rough patch in my life will finally come to an end.
It’ll take me about another week to get settled, set up the internet, and organize my workspace, and then I’ll get back to work and resume actively posting the few pieces I’ve drawn.
I want to thank my clients for their patience—you have no idea how much your orders have helped me during this incredibly difficult time; I’ll never be able to fully repay you for it.
Anyway, things are changing; everything is still rough, but I’ll try to hang in there. I’ll do my best to get through this. Thank you for being there for me.
