I am but a humble taker of photographs and videos. I dabble a bit in writing fiction and song parodies. My drawn artwork is primitive at best, but I continue to practice and may share someday. In other creative endeavors I do enjoy making what might be considered geometric sigils and buckyball magnet constructions, examples of which can be seen here.

Birthday (G)
Tuesday (28th) was my birthday, turned 54.
Gods I'm old.
Celebrated Sunday with a trip to Boston with Ben. We met up with Nisha and Blade. Walked to Commonwealth Books and browsed their selection of old books. I got an Anthony Boucher anthology I was looking for, and a Nero Wolfe mass market. I'd become a casual fan of the obese detective after watching the A&E series and have been collecting the original stories when I can.
We had dinner at Fire+Ice, an all you can eat Mongolian Grill with a variety of ingredients to try. Enjoyed good food and good company.
Yesterday (I'm writing this after midnight), Ben and I cleaned up loose nails and debris left by the contractors who redid the siding on our house, but didn't clean up very well. We bought a device that's a magnet on wheels, specifically to pick up loose nails and screws and stuff. Want our front yard and walk safe for Trick or Treaters.
I poked at my Cookie Clicker game, idling since April, then we got pizza from a local pizzeria in Springvale I'd not tried before. All told, a decent day.
Still haven't hit my target weight, but there's always 2026.
And, happy birthday to my good friend Crafty. Hope Furpoc is a blast for ya
