[Subject Notes : Unit 117300, designation 'Lance' has taken on the appearance of a mutated Shark, possibly due to his method of escaped from the underwater laboratory off the coast. Despite not needing a constant form and the ease it would afford him at avoiding detection he has chosen to remain this way allowing our operatives to monitor him easily. This however has not allowed us to recapture or reprogram Unit 117300. Through whatever means he remains a free agent. Our greatest creation yet also our biggest failure]

GrxStudios - Anyone know them?

So long story short, i ordered a commission off them 4 months ago. First month was fine with a bit of back and forth working it all out. Then i heard basically nothing for 2 months despite regularly trying to reach them to see how things was going. They replied saying sorry for delay the final piece would be ready in a few hours. Now its coming up to another 2 months without a peep. Ive tried speaking to them, offering them extensions if they need it if only they would get in touch but nothing.
Does anyone know this artist, talk to them? If so please let me know. I get life can be messy at times but this is just ridiculous now. Ive given them till the end of the week before i report them and will be seeking a refund. So if anyone can reach them, please let them know.
