Here I will attempt to go over everything that you need to know before commissioning me! If for some reason I don't cover something, feel free to ask me and I will be more than happy to respond! I don't think that these are too painful.

I want everyone to keep in mind that though some of these policies are stricter than most, the commissions that I offer on this account are very cheap in comparison. I will not give you an approval sketch because it isn't worth my time for the amount of money that you are paying.

Editing my work is rude and unacceptable. If I find that you have taken a piece I have drawn and done anything else with it I will flip shit and ask you to take it down. If you do not take it down, I will take it to administration.

Your total payment is per pony. You are paying for ponies. You are not paying for accessories or other items in the image. That will cost extra. Multiple shots of the same pony are considered more ponies, and will be charged as such.

You As The Commissioner...
- may upload my work to your own gallery, or any other website that you please, as long as a link back to my gallery is provided. (however, if my ToS are breached, I will revoke this privilege).
- may cancel your commission at any time. I will refund you for work that has not yet been done.
- may not commission adult art of another person's character, without their written permission sent to me.
- may not edit my work without permission. (exception: cropping for icons and banners, etc.)

I, As the Artist
- retain all rights to any work I have done.
- reserve the right to cancel at any time. I will give you a refund. (I will do this only if you are unreasonably rude, or there is an unexpected emergency in real life.)

Payment
- payment is expected in full before work begins.

Edits
- no approval sketches.
- no edits as far as pose or content.
- If I have made a mistake regarding your character's coloring or markings, I will fix it free of charge.

Will/Will Nots
- generally, I will draw G Rated-Adult Situations, unsoiled diapers, incest, vore, and gore.
- I will not draw scat, watersports, mechs, non-consensual sex, bestiality, underaged sex.

TL;DR - you may NOT edit anything that I draw for you. you may NOT remove my watermark. you may NOT repost without credit. you may NOT be an asshole!
