Rules for all adoptions:

♥ All sales are final.
♥ Paypal payments only.
♥ All sales are in USD.
♥ Payment for adoptions should be sent within 48 hours. Tell me if you need a character put on hold.
♥ Payment should be sent to me as a friend or family member. This ensures I get paid the total amount for your adoptable and I am not charged a paypal fee.
♥ Not all characters can be placed on hold for you.
♥ I will do simple edits (change hair, change small markings, change the tail shape) for an additional $3. Anything more complex we can negotiate.
♥ I will make you a reference sheet of your character for a nominal fee.
♥ Once you have sent the payment you have permission to use the character however you chose. Please give me credit for my art and the character design. If you adopt a species that I have created please give me credit for creating the species.
♥ Once you have sent the payment you have permission to edit your character.
♥ Characters who are not adopted will end up in the pound. Some characters in the pound are discounted.
♥ You may re-sell characters, but I appreciate if you do not sell the character for more than you payed for it. Please give me credit for creating the character.

Rules for first come first serve adoptions:

♥ The first person to claim a character is the person who gets it.
♥ If you need me to put a character on hold while you put money on your paypal I will hold a character for a week. After a week your character will end up in the pound.
♥ If you know you will not be able to pay for your character please notify me as soon as possible so they can be placed back up for adoption and find a good home.

Rules for auctions:

♥ Serious bidders only. By placing a bid you are committing to paying that amount for a character. If you can not pay within 48 hours of the auction end time you will not be able to participate in adoptable auctions again. You will, however, still be able to participate in first come first serve adoptions.
♥ Bids always increase by at least $5.
♥ I will post the time when the auction ends in the description. A few auctions do not have an end and the auction will continue until there are no more bidders.
♥ If you bid past the time when the auction ends your bid will not count.
♥ All payments must be sent within 48 hours of the end of the auction. No exceptions.
♥ I will not hold characters that were sold in an auction.
♥ Edits are not always available.

Rules for custom characters:

♥ I expect payment before I start your character.
♥ I use a base for custom characters. If you would like a custom pose I will draw you your character for a nominal fee.
♥ I mostly do custom characters of my original species. Remember to give me species credit.
♥ If you want a custom character of a species that is not mine and is not copyrighted let me know and I will consider it.
♥ Give me a very vivid description or a rough sketch of your character.
♥ I will not re-do a character one their art is finished.
♥ I will re-do a custom character before I have finished if you give me permission to put your original character idea up for adoption. I may or may not put your original character idea up for adoption.
♥ If you notify me about minor edits before I am finished I will do them for free.
♥ I will make minor edits on a custom character after it is finished for an additional $5.
♥ I do not offer refunds.
