DISCLAIMER: This is for illustration based commissions. Other commissions may have a slight change of rules, but most rules will remain the same.

Guidelines
1) Client must give a minimum of 1 reference photo/picture (ie- character sheet, pose, hairstyle, etc)
2) Client must provide as many details as possible; be clear in what you want.
3) Commissions are for personal use only, client is not to use commissioned pieces for commercial/for profit usage.
4) Client must give credit and may not remove/erase/alter/crop out any signatures or watermarks on the piece. If client crops/edits image in a way where original watermark is not present, the new crop/edit must have clear and readable watermark and credit to the artist.
5) Client must provide an email to send the commission piece to and will recieve both a full resolution copy and a lower resolution copy.
6) Client is purchasing the labor of the artist and the artist retains full rights to the commissioned piece. Artist does NOT retain any rights over the Intellectual Property (IP) depicted unless otherwise stated (ie- client commissions a piece of a character owned by the artist). Artist may use commissioned piece for merchandise sale (ie- stickers, prints, etc) unless client requests otherwise. Artist has full rights to the piece created during commission, but the client has every right to request their commissions featuring their IPs not be sold as merch.
7) Regular communication between the client and artist is to be expected, however it is understandable if delays in communication happen occasionally due to personal circumstances, as in the case of emergencies etc.
8) Anyone under the age of 15 is prohibited from commissioning me, the artist, and anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from commissioning me for any pin ups or otherwise NSFW content. If age of majority/legal adulthood is higher than 18 in the client's country, then age of majority in the client's country of residence applies instead.
9) When posted online, the artist will give mention to the client, however, the client has every right to request anonymity, wherein the artist will not mention the client by name. If client does not wish the commissioned piece to be posted online (ie- in the case of gifts), they may request the commissioned piece to not be posted online.
10) Client may request up to 3 changes in the commission free of charge, but after the first 3 changes, every change made to the piece will be charged for an extra $3 USD (ie- changes in pose, clothes, hairstyle, etc).
11) Commission contracts are 3 months long unless stated otherwise by the client or artist. After 3 months, the contract for the commission is automatically terminated. Any eligible refunds will be given to the client; please see my refund policy in regards to this.
12) Artist may use images produced by commissions in portfolios, as examples for commission pieces, or any other kind of self promotion.
13) Artist reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time and for any reason, such as client breaking professional conduct or consistent lack of communication.
14) Artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payment Policy
The client must pay 100% upfront of the agreed upon commission price before the artist will begin the piece. If the commission is not paid for within 3 months from the time which the price has been given/calculated, the commission will be automatically cancelled. All payments will be done via PayPal invoicing unless discussed otherwise.

Refund Policy
In case of termination of the commission contract, a refund may be issued if the commission is eligible for said refund. Refunds are only issued if the piece is less than 75% completed.
If the commission has not been started, a refund of 100% shall be given to the client.
If the commission has been started but is less than 75% done, a refund of 50% shall be given to the client.
