Recent birthday and dealing with rapdily spiralling issues

I turned a year older recently. So that was cool, yay me on me not dying.
I've also been dealing with rapidly declining mental health, to the point of it being a controlling part of my daily life.
To the point it's probably beginning to risk my physical health on the short- and long term.
