I realize I do things wrong.
and i realize i never had boundries for myself till someone broke my bfs boundry and the first thing that came to my mind was.
"You can abuse me, but you cannot abuse my bf like that."
I'm starting to cut off relationships and connections with people to become healthier.
im starting to put boundries that i never knew i had needed up.
Im going through IOP and working on things in therapy now.
I hope next year i can become a better person.
