Surviving Depression

We all go through depression sometimes and yet, some don't know how to get through it. I use a method from Nickelodeons Avatar the last air bender. Whenever I get yelled at or something similar I block all fear and emotions out and 9 times out of 10 stand my ground and do what I need to do to make sure I'm okay mental wise. So if I sound dull like no emotions it means I am in my neutral state where what you say next will decide what happens next. Everything that is said or done has a consequence. You can control what you say but what you say to that person, what they do, is up to them
