~ TOS ~ Hi! So while I try to be as patient and open as possible I do have a few stipulations. Please read below ; u ;
1. NO NSFW for minors. Not going to happen. Please don't ask. I'm not going to jail over furry porn. If I find out you're a minor, you will not receive your commission and there will be no refund c:
2. I do not haggle. My prices are my prices. Please don't ask me to go lower, it's rude.
3. All payments are up front. If the payment is $100+ we can negotiate a payment plan though :) I only accept Holds for AB's and only for a maximum of 48 hours before the adopt/ych slot/commission goes back up for sale again.
4. While not a must, reference pictures for commissions are greatly desired. If you provide me with a text based description, there will likely be an upcharge. At very minimum, I need you to provide me with a color palette. This can be done on multiple websites :)
5. I only accept USD! (unless specified otherwise in the rare case of DA Points)
6. If I am working on a YCH for you, you will be allowed one preview. If at any point I have missed something or you don't like it, this is your one chance to get me to fix it for ya. After this, I won't be playing the 500 edits game.
7. If I am working on a Commission for you, I will send you one preview of the rough sketch, and one preview of the lines/base color. These are your opportunities to point out things you would like changed. The final version is the final version.
8. Any piece of art I make for you will be done in roughly 2-6 weeks from the time you have commissioned me. If for any reason it should take longer, I'll gladly refund 50% of what you paid. If I expect it to take longer than 6 weeks due to complexity or upcoming events, I will warn you ahead of time before you pay.
9. If you become rude, hateful, or generally awful to work with, I reserve the right to withdraw the commission and give you a partial refund minus payment for the time I've already spent on it if any.
10. On that note, if I become uncomfortable with a client/the content of a commission, I reserve the right to refuse that commission.
11. If I have a request form, for YCHs or anything else, please fill it out. I will not accept it if it isn't filled out.
12. I reserve the right to use any past design I have created as advertisement. Obviously with a watermark or covered up and obviously not for commercial use. If you have a sincere issue with this though, please let me know that when buying the adopt from me and I'll refrain from using them.
13. I will do my best to make your vision come to life. As an artist that's what I like to do. I will work with you to make it happen. But you have to be willing to work with me. If you start asking impossible or outrageous things, or become difficult to work with, I will likely refuse your commission. Please be kind. Stats
