By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Payment:
Payments will only be accepted through Paypal. When sending money, please do not include any additional notes or information. I also request that you do not send the payment as Gift or anything else under the personal tab. Please alert me of your Paypal address/name in a note so that I may verify payment. More often than note I will most likely now use "Request Money", in these cases I will ask you to note me your Paypal address and I will send you a request for payment, and I will then await said payment being cleared.

All payment must be sent as USD, and must also be paid up front. The commission will not be started until payment is received and cleared.


Commission Procedure:
When looking to buy a commission, please fill out the commission form and send it via note. Once the commission is confirmed, I will give you the final price and ask you to send the payment.

If you prefer, I can send a sketch for revision, this will make the commission take longer but if it is wanted, I can provide it.

Once finished with the piece, I will send the final image via note.


Content:
I will only draw things I am comfortable with. This means there are several fetishes I will not draw. Feel free to ask me about any fetish you are interested in commissioning me for, and I will let you know if I am willing to draw it. I do not judge so no worries.~

I am willing to draw complex characters or images, but please keep in mind additional charges may apply.

I will not draw in another artist's style. If you would like another person's style, please commission them instead.

I will not make you a character based off of traits of other people's characters.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.


Revisions:
If you choose to receive a sketch:
Minor changes are perfectly acceptable in the sketch stage. Excessive changes, however, will result in a fee.
Once the sketch is approved, no further revisions will be made past that point.
The only exception on changes past the sketch stage is if I personally make a mistake (with colors, a missed item, missed marking, etc.)

Deciding you want a completely new pose or character after seeing the sketch will count as a resketch and will be charged.

If you are not sure if something would be considered minor or major in changes, please feel free to ask. :3


Rush Orders/Deadlines:
If you would like your commission to be done by a certain date, please let me know in your initial request. Deadlines over 2 weeks from the initial request will not be charged for. Deadlines under 2 weeks from the request, will be charged an extra 20% of the commission total.


Permissions & Private Artworks:
I retain all rights to my art unless I state otherwise. This means that I can post it to any art accounts or websites I would like, as well as use it for portfolios, art CDs, or books should I desire. Please state ahead of time if you wish for your commission to be withheld from my galleries and my own personal use, but keep in mind there will be a 20% fee charged. This does not mean you own the rights to the image.

If you receive a sketch/lineart/etc from me and want to colour/finish it or have someone else do so, you must before having it commissioned.

You are allowed to post your commission in your gallery, but it must be linked and credited back to me. You may also use it for anything personal, such as printing it for yourself, using it as a personal tattoo, or as a graphic in a personal website or blog layout. When using it on a website or blog, I must be visibly credited.

If you want to make a commissioned image into an icon, you may do so but you need to post credit on your page somewhere.

Commercial use of my artwork is strictly prohibited, as I still retain the rights to it. You may not sell t-shirts, prints, or any other items with my artwork on it. If you wish to obtain the rights to the image, as well, it can be discussed before I begin working on your commission as it will need my permission in writing.


Refunds:
If you need a refund for whatever reason, then you must request it before I've started your commission. If I've already started, then I will give you a partial refund based on how far along I am. I do not give refunds for pieces once they are complete.
If I, for whatever reason, find myself incapable of finishing your commission or taking an unnaturally long time to complete it, I will also refund you in full.
