been dealing with a lot of medical shit lately that's really kicked me and wolf bf's ass so my main outlet while stuck in bed has been making my first time with a 3Ds be playing on a 100%ed new leaf save and starting a fresh wild world town. he introduced me to the original gamecube title several months ago and it's juuust clunky enough that not being able to play it for a few days is rather punishing, but i loved just about everything else about it (including the letters system everyone hates)! new leaf removes a lot of the dreamier feel of the earlier titles but has the most versatility in activities, wild world controls like shit but is translated so uniquely and builds well on the doubutsu no mori+ foundation with its added content capacity that i'm forgiving it so far. big fan of the variety of answers given to "how can we simulate hanging out around town and getting drunk with your neighbors in a way nintendo will publish"
