The NCIS or the Naval Criminal Investigation Service, is divided into 2 branches, here you got the regular NCIS, and there you have the VCIS which is the Vore Criminal Investigation Service. The VCIS essentially is tracking down criminals and or predators, solving crimes committed by them and carrying out justice through their stomachs.

NCIS doesn't only serve Naval crimes, they serve both Local and Naval Crimes. So whenever a local crime is committed the NCIS/VCIS will respond and will try its best to solve the crime.
There are squads within VCIS that can easy to help out. They arrange from below.

MCRT: Major Case Response Team: Responds to High Profile cases such as a Important figure gone missing or Political figures eaten or missing.
MIRT: Major International Response Team: Responds to International Cases that like MCRT are about Important figures or Political figures gone missing or eaten.
VIS: Vore Investigation Squad: Unlike the other 2, the VIS is more of those finding predators instead of criminals.

Like NCIS, VCIS is divided into ranks for every squad theres ranks.

-Field Agent: The Standard rank, goes out on cases and also helping out the local polices with crimes.
-Tech Agent: Those that help out the case using every known Database and research site available.
-Forensics Agent: Using what evidence they can gather up they can help find the criminal or predator.
-Medical Examiner: Serving both NCIS and VCIS whenever a body is taken they help out finding the cause of death (if not obvious for VCIS)
-Bait Officer: A new rank, for those that want to help out VCIS can offer themselves as Bait Officers to help lure in predators.
