IMPORTANT When hiring an artist, you are commissioning their particular style and skill level. Please view my gallery for examples of my work before commissioning!
BASIC INFOS



-English is not my first language. This may cause some misunderstandings. I'm sorry :C

-I will decline work that makes me feel uncomfortable

-Commissions can take between 1-14 days to 2 months

-If you have a deadline, I require 2 weeks advance notice

-I always send 3 wip pics (sketch,lineart and flat color)

-Reposting of commissioned work is fine. Please credit me for the artwork!

-I can decline any commission for any reason

-I exclusively own full rights to all arts I ever made, unless otherwise negotiated

-I never send SAI files, forget about it.

-If there is an issue with the artwork/commission then it can only be adjusted by myself and no one else! 

-I DO NOT agree to anyone remaking or finishing my arts/sketches etc.!



PAYMENT



-Payments upfront and in full before work begins

-Or half before work, and another half after sketch approval

-Needs to be made within 24 to 48 hours of commission request

-No work will begin until payment is received

-Characters that are considered Complex/Highly Detailed will incur a 10% fee

-Paypal Only

-All payments in EURO (€) 

-Must be marked as “Goods & Services” with “no address required”

-Include Username when sending





HOW TO ORDER



-You have to be +18 when commissioning any adult rated art

- Just note me on my FA page or telegram (xtigranx)

-Provide me with a form of visual reference (doesn’t have to be a ref sheet)

-No SecondLife references accepted

-If traditional ref is given, then you are required to get me the hex codes for characters colors.

-Rare circumstances allow for no visual reference to be provided (such as getting a ref sheet)

-If a specific pose is in mind, then image references of said pose is accepted and welcomed!

-However if desired pose is of another artists work then the pose will be adjusted and not identical to the image presented. I will not copy someone else’s work

-If you don't like some part of a sketch, it's not a problem to change it. BUT ONLY at the sketch stage. Lineart can't be edited

-I won’t make fixes to a commission once it’s finished unless it’s a mistake on my part

humans,ponies,pokemons,robots,extreme hyper,scat,baby fur,cub porn,inflation,extreme gore,extreme vore,disney/pixar porn and maybe other things. Note me if you're not sure.



REFUNDS



-Refunds are only given if I cannot complete or do your commission
Although you can re-post commissioned images into you’re gallery. You are not permitted to use my artwork for commercial use such as: t-shirts, badges, buttons, etc. However if it is for personal use, such as a single printing of a commissioned image for yourself (or a friend it was commissioned for) IS allowed.



With all of this being said, IF these rules are broken or ignored this could lead to a temp. blacklisting from commissioning me and if further offenses occur it will result in permanent blacklisting.
