What's shakin'?
I'm Cypher Millennium Light spirit Purinina (or Tasmanian Devil). Please use she/her or they/them pronouns for plus any masculine titles/honorifics (Sir, Mr.) for me. I would describe myself as Butch or Solarian.
I'm an artist, fursuiter, writer, and fursuit maker. I have two suits; Cypher (she/they) and Kahu the Dragon (he/him) . I really like vintage stuff (70's-00's especially) and music (Rock, Soul, and Pop were my top genres last year). Fandom wise by biggest interests are comic book based superheroes and their adaptations, mostly DC Comics, and my favorite characters are the X-Men (esp. David Haller), John Constantine, Bruce Banner and Clark Kent. I'm a huge TV and Movies nerd and frequently combine what I'm into lately with anthro characters. I can be kind of shy but I love to meet new people and learn new things.
As an artist and a community member I am kink friendly, alt. lifestyle friendly, and "weirdfur" friendly. I don't personally mix NSFW with furry but if you are interested in commissioning or trading for that kind of art I am open to that.
Thanks for visiting my page.

Finally, I've sat down and customized my page a little and I'd forgotten how good it feels to have a webpage and not just an account. My own little corner of the site :3. I've also set FA as my homepage so that I spend more time browsing and finding artists and other posters to build a good feed. I honestly haven't done as much art lately though. This isn't for lack of time, as my current work situation is hardly demanding but it's hardly rewarding either. I've honestly felt a lot of shame since losing my job in December. I still don't have a major career set up and I'd like to by the end of this year but until then, I'll focus on the things I can control. I'm very excited for Megaplex and I'll be there the entire weekend. Please say hi or ask to hang out if you're going. But yes I'd like to do more writing and drawing. Slowly I'm getting through the last of my personal queue of stuff to sell so I'll be able to shift focus entirely to just making stuff for friends and for myself, and making new kinds of stuff.
As a suiter, I'm prepping to get into suit more often and make stuff. Currently it's very warm and AC is expensive so really, this is more of a later in the year plan but the biggest thing is figuring out exactly what I want to post. Obviously a good selfie now and again fine but the best online posters find interesting things to do in front of the camera. My goals as a fursuiter are inspired by the tenets of being a good priest according to the guy who compares Kermit to the priesthood.
1. Visible. A tremendous part of being an important member of a community is just being there and being seen. I struggle with confidence due to some personal issues in my recent past but if I want to be the kind of suiter I want to be, then it means being seen (from a safe distance). Also to do more irl events and host if need be. I need the people around me to know that I always want them around and they can always talk to me.
2. Vocal. I've got no ambitions to be an activist but I do want to make sure I speak up in conversations, to tell the truth, stick up for what I believe in and ask questions if I have them. To not be so afraid to talk with folks and learn something new.
3. Leads by example. There's a lot of clout chasing and throwing "weirder" members of our community under the bus lately and it bothers me a lot. Suddenly everyone has to say "Oh, I'm not one of those furries, I'm a cool/pure one. I can talk about it all day long but at the end of the day if we want to crack down on meanness and moral panic in the community, it starts with you showing how it's done. Definitely something I've learned working with kids is that a quiet room begins with a few beginning to be quiet and pretty soon those who are being too loud will realize that.
4. Reflective. Lastly, I'd like to take more time to reflect. More time to remember fun times had within the fandom (and out of it) and be candid about good and bad experiences, instead of shoving everything that happens away. I'd like to reflect on how I feel more, and feel free to dream.
