4 years agoTerms of Service~ When purchasing adopts from and/or commissioning me, VexxedMonkey, you are agreeing to my terms of service so be sure to read them carefully. Terms are subject to change, so keep an eye on them and read for each and every purchase.
~ I retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
~ I only accept PayPal and payment will always need to be made before I send the unmarked adopt or start the YCH.
~ Payment must be sent in 24 hours of claim unless you contact me.
~ Complex characters for YCHs will incur an extra fee.
~ When you purchase and adopt from me you must wait at least 1 month before you can resell. Breaking this rule will result in being blacklisted.
~ Absolutely NO refunds on pre-made adopts or once a YCH is started, whatsoever.
~ Always be sure to credit myself and any base makers properly. All adopts and YCHs will be clearly marked when a base is used.
~ I may take up to 3 weeks to complete any piece.
~ I am solely a colorist and do not make line edits at this time.
~ You may resell adopts (after the wait time) for the price you paid, never more, unless they have added value. You may make small changes to adopts after they are purchased. (hair, eye color, marking color, etc.)
~ It is your responsibility to save your character, I delete files often due to limited space.
~ You must be 18+ to purchase from me you must be 18+ to have a PayPal account.
~ Please feel free to ask any questions or voice concerns.
