With the Gofundme ( located here ----> https://gofund.me/5c8619b5 ) we were able to A: Settle a deblt from 2017 with Credit Acceptance corporation. negotiated down to $1167.35 from roughly $5900 so thats a big W in my book. explained to them that they were just garnishing nickels and pennies, if they wanted the pot id settle for around 20% and to give me a number which they did. As well as B: we got into a 2013 Kia Sorento on finance w CAC again to try and rebuild my credit (Hopefully this is NOT a decision i come to regret. taking a large leap of faith here as i owed pretty much $10k on this car) , this seems to be better than my '14 Escape currently (has a engine/powertrain warranty. so thats good at least) dealership really went above and beyond for getting me sorted out into a car, still even made it into work yesterday albeit 2.5 hours late D: so got like 3.4 hours on the clock yesterday before coming back home. Upon arriving home in my mailbox was a letter from SubroIQ, a company used to recover funds from people apparently. So TLDR time for that, got into an accident last october and totaled my camry. insurance fully denied coverage saying me and my ex at the time never paid them (my ex's work changed pay cards so we no longer have records of this payment... which is bad) so i have to come up with roughly $4300, or from what i again have gathered.... they can A: Suspend my license, this would KILL my employment IMMEDIATELY. public transit over an hour away to work just isnt reliable in this area at all! and or B: Suspend my registration to the my car, also bad.
