Heyo Virx here!

Since I just started posting vore-related content, I feel like my work could get stale pretty quickly if I only focused on two of my characters—Hattox and Virxsin.

I actually have around 160 OCs, and while I love some more than others, I run into a personal dilemma. Many of these characters were created out of my passion for character design, and some are really well-developed. The issue is that I worry I won’t be able to take them seriously anymore if I introduce them in a vore-related context. Since I use these characters for more serious storytelling, I want to keep that depth intact. That’s also why I won’t be making any NSFW content with them—I'm afraid that if people only see them in that way, they won’t appreciate them for who they really are, and well cause I'm personally not a fan of NSFW.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Do you create separate characters specifically for vore? (or even NSFW content, though that’s not a road I personally want to go down) Or do you eventually get over the fear of not taking your own OCs seriously anymore?

For some context, Virxsin is my fursona, and I’ve had him for about four years. So that makes him more suitable for any kind of work, both serious and kink-related. Hattox, on the other hand, was always intended for this kind of content since I’m really into hairy characters (or "bears" if you’re familiar with the gay term, haha). Even though I’ve fleshed him out with connections to my other characters and a backstory, I don’t have the same issue with him because he was always meant for kink-related stuff.

Just curious! Thanks in advance to anyone who shares their thoughts or just takes the time to read this. I genuinely want to connect with others because I know y’all are wonderful people. I’ve never met anyone in my real-life circle or online who I could talk to about these things, so it would be cool to hear different perspectives!
