I didn't start taking art really seriously until pretty recently, but I try to squeeze as much new skill and knowledge out of each piece as I can to make up for lost time. If you see something screwy or off about one of my pieces then let me know what's wrong so that I can fix it, I like getting constructive criticism.

Not just limited to D&D of course, down to run whatever games people are interested in too.
