Recently my partner was on a medical leave of absence and after back and forth between her prescriber and the leave of absence department, she was told by her supervisor that it was approved. The first few weeks were alright but after the second paycheck with time, things quickly became a struggle. After a month and a half of being told she was approved for that l.o.a., she was sent paperwork starting she wasn't approved due to paperwork not being sent in on time (which it was) and she hasn't worked there long enough, but every one including her supervisor was under the impression it was approved and now she has no job now to return to once her leave is lifted by prescriber. This has been 3+ months now.

Now I'm on disability, thankfully a friend has helped us with food, our animals are always our first priority so they are set for the month, and majority of our bills are paid. The struggle we’re facing right now is we can not afford our medicines, my account is already negative, and we have another bill that is about to take out in the next few days.
