I don’t post journals here much. I think the last time was over a decade ago. But I just had to post this.
The day finally arrived. My daughter wanted me to read her a certain book that’s been in her book shelf unread for years. I finally got to read her “The Adventures of a Two-Minute Werewolf!”
It was my favorite book growing up. I kept checking it out at the school library. Eventually I was able to get a copy of the book during the infancy of the internet. I also managed to get a signed copy (which is in my bookcase.)
So the other day my daughter was looking through her bookcase and saw that it was a werewolf book and wanted me to read it to her. I have been reading her a chaper or two each night. Each day she keeps talking about it and speculating what might happen next.
Tonight we should be able to finish it. Hopefully she’ll love it as much as I do.
I’m doing my best to raise her right!
