ATTENTION
The original character TTheDDoctor belongs to a closed "species." Attempts to duplicate TTheDDoctor's design, or create alterations that still bear significant likeness to the original design, to create an OC without first asking my permission and giving due credit will be treated as character theft. That means recolors and minor edits will be reported. Additionally, to preserve clarification when running searches on original characters, any instance of the word "Doctor" or "Emperor" found in the OC's name will be considered when giving permission to duplicate or emulate TTheDDoctor's design.
