Before you come to get art from me please read!

-Diaper furs

- Copyrighted characters

-If any of my art is taken to an AI-Generated to "finish" it, you will be blacklisted and blocked, on top of this matter if you take any of my work to another artist to finish it {If it was a lined piece}, you will be blacklisted. Ask before you do.
-I will not use AI generated images/
-If I accept a request and you pull back after it's started it will be deleted and you will be blacklisted, goes for blocking me when I have a request out for you too.
-I will not do freebies or requests without a reference sheet, if you want one done of your character I need a rough image of said character, and a color palette, without either of these things I may not make the character you have in mind.
-Adopts MUST be used once, if you know or feel it will not be used at least once or twice before you put it up for trade or adopt again, do not sign up for it or give it back for someone else to have it.
-When signing up for a commission, or a YCH, Make sure you credit me and the base owner if it's someone else base.
-When needing a refund please note me that your asking for one. This does not include payment plans, these are non-refundable. And if work is already in progress depending on how close to finishing the piece is you may not get a refund. If lines are the only thing done you will receive a partial refund.
-I have the right to decline freebies/requests/art trades/ Commissions
-If your getting art from me do not feel offended if your character doesn't look 100% like the reference sheet, I am drawing them to the best of my abilities, and in my style of art! Plus if you don't like your art looking anime like/cartoons why are you here?
- If my art or characters are claimed as your own design or you redesign them or you are found to be underage getting NSFW art you will be black listed!
Don't give me advice unless you ask and I say it's okay, else I will leave you with an earful of lectures

IF you get an adopt from me, whether it's something I created for fun, or a raffle won or even a custom character. Please do not instantly put them on a trade list, it does upset me when I find out that they were given to you and your trading them already, if I see this happen with adopts, that I have given to you for commenting on my adopts or raffles, AFTER I post this journal I will ask for them back, it's sorta a waste if you go for a character and never actually use them at least twice. It's happened already twice with someone on DA and I took back both adopts after confronting them about it.
IF YOU DO NOT INFORM ME WHERE MY DESIGNS GO I WILL BE TAKING THEM BACK! I reserve all rights to take back any free designs, upon refusal you will lose rights to the oc and if you continue to use or post it or try to sell or trade it, it will be reported and put on a beware.
Any paid for designs or free designs you put money into you will be refunded full price for my designs, if you get art I will offer a full design refund plust half of what you spent onto the price.
If your blacklisted and I do not feel comfortable with you owning one of my designs I have all rights to demand the design back. As long as no money is put into it.
If you agree with my Terms of Service and break one you will be added to a future public blacklist
If you copy my T.O.S PLEASE CREDIT ME! I set this up without help! If you use mine or copy pieces PLEASE tag my profile to let them know you had help
As of June 3rd 2019 any adopts designed by me must get the clear to resell or trade. If they are found to be up for trade or sale without approval from me the adopt will be taken back.
