Terms of service
Payment;
Paypal only. I will send you an invoice.
For the first time customers, I will begin working on the commission, only after receiving full payment.
Additional details, limbs, characters or props will not be accepted after the payment.
If for whatever reason , I'm unable to fulfill your order, you will get all your money back.

How to order;
Provide a clear reference of the character, and if you want specific props or else on the image, you should also provide references for those.
If you don't add any specifications for the background or the pose, I will do whatever I find fitting for the character design.
I will send you an w.i.p image off the commission, after the characters base details are in place. If there is details, that I've drawn incorrectly, I'll send you and second w.i.p with the fixed details. after you have approved the w.i.p, I will finish the piece.
You are NOT ALLOWED to use the W.I.P image, I send you under any circumstance.
I will be working on multiple commissions at the same time, so asking daily, how the commission is going, is not necessary.
As an final product, you will get an high resolution png file, but not the working file.

Rights;
I hold rights as the creator, to market my craft using the commission image.
You have all the rights to use the image however you wish, as long as you don't remove the watermark, or crop it out.
If you use a cropped piece of my commission as your social media profile icon, you should state me, as the creator of the icon image in your profile information.
I am not held accountable, of where the commission pieces are reposted. If an NSFW image ends up on a place, it should not be in, due to the commissioner reposting it without proper warning labels, I am sorry, but I'am not responsible for that.
You are not allowed to edit the image yourself. for a small fee, I can make changes to the image, if you so wish.

I don't draw NSFW commissions as a gift.
The prizing may wary, if you have a complex character or wish for a complex background. For an example;
-extra limbs
-metallic body parts
-wings
-extra detailed fur pattern
-extra detailed tattoos
-extra detailed clothing
-background with three vanishing points
-city background
-etc

NSFW stuff I will not do;
-underage
-extreme gore or body horror (stuff that'll give me nightmares)
-stuff that I find unsettling because of similar reasons
-political or religion themed. (If the character is wearing a cross, that's fine, but if he is nailed to a cross and raped, that's not.)
-incest

If you are not sure, weather your order is breaking any of these rules, you are not punished for asking.
