Hopefully you have all already been planning and putting together a little money for the meet. Here is the information as it stands, more will be added/updated as necessary.

Date:

The meet will be running for one week from Saturday the 10th of December to Friday the 16th.

Venue:

We will be staying at At Cheryls, the same place as in 2008. We can accommodate up to 10 people in the main house and a further 6 in the cottage. We will only be renting the cottage if necessary though as it will be more expensive if there are only a few people using it.

Price:

Accommodation: R945 per person for the house. R875 per person for the cottage. A 50% deposit is required by the end of the month and the other 50% by the end of September. If that's not possible we might be able to split payment over 5 months because we are booking early.

*If there aren't enough people to fill each property the price per person will be increased.*

Attendees:
*You will only be added to the list of attendees once you have paid your deposit.*

Let's get the accommodation sorted by the end of the month. Tell the other furs about it in case they don't come on the forum often.

Food, petrol and activity prices are still to be calculated. For now please use the previous meet estimates as a guide.
