Patch Commissions Open! (G)
I am opening patch commissions! These can take anywhere from 1-6 hours to complete depending on complexity, material type, and how many colours there are in a single design, with a 3-5 day lead time. Below is the commission request form, link to the TOS, and where to find me.

Terms of Service Agreement
i. Patch Limitations
ii. Time Requirements and Options
iii. Payment, Shipping, and Extras
iv. Commissioner Agreement
I. Patch Limitations
The machine I use has a maximum size of four inches (ten centimeters) square. The amount of detail able to be correctly portrayed on this machine is limited, so overly complicated designs may be declined upon review. Colours are limited to the Brother Extended Colours palette, which contains 63 different thread colours, of which I will match as closely as possible to the provided image. Due to software, lighting, and fabric colour differences, the resulting patches will look different in person, oftentimes much better than in images or estimated by the Brother design suite during the digitization page.
II. Time Requirements and Options
All patches have an hourly digitization and production rate of $15 per hour for the first patch, and each duplicate patch after will only cost $10 each*. The more complex a character’s design is, the longer it will take to design and produce. Time is only accrued while I am actively working on the patch digitization, or the machine is running on your first patch. To cut down on this time, you may choose to have a semi-solid patch, meaning that the background colour is the fabric it is embroidered upon. If this option is chosen, I will use a heavier material for the backing to make sure it still feels nice to the touch, and holds up well over time.
NSFW designs are also accepted. NSFW patches may not contain child/cub content, zoophilia, zoophile symbolism, or any character that could be mistaken for cub
All patches may not contain fascist/hate/oppression symbols/themess, etc.
III. Payment, Shipping, and Extras
Payment must be done in two transactions. The first is a paypal invoice of $10 as a down payment (which will be deducted from the final cost), and the remainder will be a second paypal invoice, including shipping. Payment must be received before I will ship the patch(es), and if no final payment is received, the finished patch will not be shipped and the down payment will be kept.
If there are colours that I do not have that would more closely match those of your image, you may request that I purchase the colours to do so. Doing so will add an additional cost to your final payment, and a little extra time to complete and ship.
Shipping is calculated using the address you provide during commission request. All personal identifying information is kept confidential according to GDPR guidelines, meaning as soon as your payment is received and your patch has been shipped, your address will be deleted. Your patch(es) will be in a security envelope for discretion. In some international cases there may be an additional paypal invoice to cover import or duty fees.
Typical shipping is $1 for orders to Canada, $2 for orders to the USA, and $5 for international. These can change depending on the quantity of patches you order.
After acceptance, the client will be placed in a queue in the order they were accepted. Once work has begun on the commission, only partial refunds will be available.
IV. Commissioner Agreement
You will be given two work in progress updates for review via your messaging platform of choice, during which you will be able to make changes. The first one will be the rough draft of the design, and the second will be after the finer details of the patch have been finished, just before sewing. Any changes after the machine starts will each cost an additional rework fee of $10.
Upon submitting your request to have a patch made of the image you attach you agree to the following:
You, the client, must own the rights to the design you submit for digitization. I will not embroider any official logos etc without express written permission from the group represented. Once complete, the client will own complete rights to the patch, and it may be displayed however or wherever the client sees fit. The client gives consent for images of the completed patches to be posted on any online portfolios or galleries. I, the creator, will not create duplicates of the client’s designs to sell in independent shops, stalls, online, etc for additional profit, as these designs are personal to the client, their business, etc and should be kept that way. I will, however, keep the finished design file in case the client wishes to have duplicates made in the future for $10 each. NFTs or blockchain of any kind may not be minted from or created by my works or photos.
* Yes, this includes patches that take 1+ hours to sew alone. Each additional patch copy will still only be $10
