ZeroTigg Commission Terms of Service (TOS)

Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out my commissions
If you're interested in a beefy shaded halfbody ($80) or cel-shaded fullbody ($120), please read this TOS first. By sending payment or confirming a slot, you agree to these terms. They're here to keep things smooth, fair, and fun for both of us!

Commission Process
First Come, First Serve: Slots are filled in the order requests come in. Priority goes to those who confirm quickly.
Communication: Please reply to my messages/WIPs promptly. If no response after 2 weeks, I may cancel or move to the next in queue.
Revisions: Up to 3 free revisions. Extra changes may cost more (quoted case-by-case).
Timeline: ~2 weeks after starting (depending on complexity). I'm a college student, so commissions are a side gig — I'll keep you updated on any delays!

Pricing & Extras

Additional Characters: +50% of base price
Simple Background: $20
Alternate Versions: Negotiable
Complex Designs or Extra Revisions (beyond 3): May increase price

Payment & Refunds
Payment: Upfront via PayPal (I'll send an invoice after we discuss details).
Refunds: No refunds once work has started.
Cancellation by Me: If I need to cancel, you'll get a proportional refund based on progress.

Usage Rights & Credit
Personal Use Only: For avatars, profiles, personal prints, etc. Commercial use (merch, marketing) requires separate negotiation/licensing.
Posting & Credit: I retain full rights to the artwork and may post it publicly (with watermark). You're welcome (and encouraged!) to post the final piece — just credit me by tagging/mentioning ZeroTigg or linking my FA/X.
Privacy Option: If you want the commission kept private (not posted by me), let me know upfront!
File Delivery: High-res digital file via email, Telegram, Google Drive, etc.

What I Will & Won't Do
Comfortable with NSFW (most things!), but case-by-case — ask first if it's extreme.
I can refuse any commission for any reason (comfort, etc.).

What I Don't Do
Human characters
Mecha
Hate art
Extreme fetish art
