I just had another negative experience with a commissioner. As most of you aren’t aware, I tested positive for COVID a few days ago and have been absolutely depleted in energy. I placed a bid for a YCH before I tested and I won that. I didn’t know this but the auction actually ended that same day instead of the next day. The commissioner sent me one message saying I had 24 hours to pay but I thought that I still had a day so I didn’t go on FA at all to see this message. When I checked today to see if I won the auction, I viewed the message that said I had 24 hours to pay and then I was sent another message about 1 minute later saying that I was blacklisted because I didn’t pay in time. They blocked me and have cut ties with me. The fact that they didn’t even send another message to remind or just to check on the person that won is just not right. I wasn’t aware of this and I wasn’t able to communicate with the commissioner. I won’t be naming them out of respect, but what they did was a negative experience and has really made me upset.
