Greetings people of Earth,
Well for starters the name I go by around here is Ziggy and this came about due to good ol' David Bowie and his Ziggy Stardust era.
I started this account as a way of documenting my progress through learning how to draw for I hadn't attempted to learn any creative
skill in earnest until I decided to draw. My focus for my artistic endeavours are holistic in that I learn from everything in life so that I may
better create convincing snapshots of ideas that I see in my mind so that the illusion of depth and 3D space can be maintained for the viewer
on a 2D plane. So far I have had no training in drawing but I have found that reading a lot of theory papers and studying the sciences has been
of the greatest benefit to my learning process.


These days I don't really draw anything anthro/furry in part due to tiring of it a bit and also after
realising that when learning a creative medium from the ground up its best not to delve straight into stylised or specific subject matter.
Instead as time has gone on I have chosen to learn the fundamental elements and principles behind drawing and design so that eventually
I will be in a position to draw any subject matter I so choose.
Despite this I still remember that it was because of a chance discovery of the whole anthro thing and after
seeing some of the art I decided what I wanted to do in life was draw.
