This is a story about Lime and his friend, Lingo.

One day, Lime notices that he knows little about Lingo, something like what he does in his free time, and what his hobby is.
Lingo hasn't said much about himself, so Lime has become curious about what Lingo does when he is away.
As Lime is looking into it, he mainly lies down for a nap or goes out for a walk.
But when it becomes quiet, he starts heading toward somewhere.

Lime keeps stalking Lingo. Soon, they have arrived at the remote and lonely place.
Lingo enters a secret lab and Lime follows him. In there, Lime comes upon a shocking sight.

There was full of test tubes containing cloned Limes. Lime flops down onto the floor.

"You've found here.... again."

"*gasps* Wha...what do you mean'again'? And what are all these stuffs? Who are you...WHAT AM I!!!?"

"I always thought that your curiosity was excessive... And you always show the same response, almostly." Then he glances another Lime beside him.

"Hi Lime! ...or, another me?*grins*" that another Lime greets. He looks very similar to Lime, but is a bit different. He has his hair in a ponytail and his wings cut shortly.

"WHO is he? What's happened to me! What the heck is going on here!!" Lime has become panicked because he couldn't handle all this situation.

"*sighs* You can't understand... No, you haven't. No one could acccept this situation except one." Lingo approaches to Lime slowly.

"The one was different from the beginning. He accepted his fate as if he had known all about it. And now, he is working as my assistant in here."

"*sobs* Please... give me an explanation..."

"...I'll comply with your last wish. When your mother came to me for the first time, she gave me cloning technic data and asked me to look after you.
I was a secret researcher and I had never seen such amazing data, so I dealt with her. As a result, you can revive with this technology over and over again even if you were injured, dead, or eaten by someone by accident. I tried to make you understand this. But most of 'you' couldn't aceept it, like you now. Besides, because the potential of this technology is too powerful and dangerous, there’ll be trouble if it gets out."

Lime could say nothing but shake with fear.

"Well then... Good night." Lingo opens his mouth wide and swallows Lime at a gulp.

"ARRRRRRRRRGH!..... Huh?" Lime wakes up in a sweat and looks around. There is Lingo sleeping with a peaceful face.

"Phew... it was a dream.... I can't remember the details, but it was really horrible... ...maybe I was too tired. Let's sleep again :>"
