Is this made from paper?
If it is I know what you mean when its so hard to put together! I used to made paper models a lot.

You are correct this is made from paper and I am trying a new technique to me where I don't actualy make any mountain folds and only score where valley folds go. Instead of folding I am bending the paper to the shape.

Bending the paper into shape seems like a cool idea, and it will work great on lopuunys' ears.
Bending the paper would have given a polygonal look which isn't great for ears.
