i had to do a doubletake when i saw this first after clicking the link. i had no idea you'd done something for me, and i feel absolutely terrible for not saying anything sooner. the past couple days i've been sick with another bout of food poisoning/some kind of stomach bug and haven't really been around the computer.

its kind of funny that you put this up, because while i wasn't feeling good i started a little sketch for you, but now i don't know if i wanna start over or not because this just dwarfs mine by far in comparison. @_@ one of the things i'm totally picky about is blondie's body-type, and i think so far your rendition of her shape is the best. i love how you handled her arms and her chest (it must be cold wherever she is! poor thing =D) and how per pose is confident but shy at the same time - so very her. ;; you even got the haircut - most people think its either longer or shorter than it really is. XD;;;

I've actually been waiting to see your reaction to this, and I was afraid I'd done poorly. I've pretty much been enthralled by your work since the day I saw it, and ironicly the first picture of yours I'd ever seen was of Blondie. I tried dearly hard to get her just right, yet still had my doubts.

I really didn't do it expecting anything in return, no far from it. I simply wanted to express just how much of a fan of your work I am, it melts my heart.

Since you like this I think I'll go ahead and ruin the suprise. My mate saw this and without loosing a breath told "Damn that's cute, did you see the contest she's running? You have to do it." So, looks like once my current works are finished I'm on to be your next contestant ~.^
