Possible prequel to that other hyper buff pic I did, or maybe you can consider all of them part of an out of order series of growth, but whatever. This picture was a second attempt at another hyper buff pic I did a long time ago that I never posted. I feel that it turned out quite well compared to it, but it still needs lots of work, such as legs, but that's for another day.
And I just realized that the muscles seem a bit lopsided because I was drawing this while laying down in bed. I'll probably just redo this thing again before I add on legs.

The sudden pain will cause his adrenaline to spike, metabolizing the drug in his system that is making his muscles grow even faster, causing him to surge in size so fast that you get trapped between the swelling muscles and then slowly crushed between the massive mounds.
The explosion causes the chemical to spread into the atmosphere, infecting animal after animal, amplifying itself, and then spreading more when said animals explode, eventually infecting the entire planet and destroying all non-plant life.
