Intentionally Bad Painting #1 - Chicken and Fox
Normally, I put a lot of thought and research into my drawings and paintings, because that's what good artists do. But when it gets to the point where I have a hundred unfinished drawings and paintings, I neither release them or look at them, and I become averse to drawing anything because I know it will be unfinished or require lots of research, it gets to be a problem.
These "intentionally bad drawings" are meant to be an antidote to that. Not one second of research was done in this painting. No major revisions were done to improve it. No regrets were made in the process of making it. Barely any thought at all went into the setup. I had just finished inking it when I realized, "Wait a second! There's actually a legitimate, meta-humorous reason the chicken is unsure about this relationship!" Not all of them are going to be this amusing.
I did do some cleanup work, because when I say intentionally bad, I don't mean I'm doing as much as I can to make it worse; I'm just doing as little as I can to make it better.
Just look at those wings. And them chicken legs, man.
