
Being an avid bread baker, I wanted to try out the recipe I saw posted by
FACCC
because I had previously never manipulated dough, nor glazed my loaves.
My mother had been recently raving about a cranberry bread she bought from the butcher shop,
and I thought.. I can do that.. so here is the result.
Kudos to
faydyn for the original recipe, but I have made the following modifications:
- Coconut "milk" instead of cow's milk, because I do not eat dairy.
- Margarine, instead of butter, for the same reason as above.
- 1 cup of rehydrated dried cranberries.
I followed the rest of the recipe to the letter, because this is the test loaf, before I make massive modifications to the recipe next time.
