That trainer needs to be trained how to put weight away, damn he's stupid. This goes right up there with the two high schoolers that were convinced that their freshman friend just had to be on roids Cause he was benhcing 95 pounds at the start and four MONTHS later he was benching 185. That's a good sign of progress in my books. They even went as far as saying the sign on roid use is back zits. . . really?? *punts high school back to pre-school*

yeah i mean i went from benching 95 to benching 225 in two month. . . well that's what happens when one pushes themselves.
