I know that this poem is rather choppy and all, but, if I do say so meself, it is rather touching........


Secrets


Why do you hide your thoughts from me
Keeping me in the dark, I can’t see
Letting me know nothing, pushing me away
Act like you’re my friend, but turn on me in a day
Why be so cruel and laugh in my face
When you could just tell me with grace
But for you it’s impossible I guess, my dear
You’d rather just twist your face in a sneer
Just keep all your secrets and I
Will find some other shoulder on which to cry.
