Game on! Some idiot chained their bicycle on the handicap rail inside the building like a jerk. This is a fire hazard. I could have tried to get the bolt cutters from maintenance but I thought this would be more amusing. Hope he likes what I did to make 10 speed 'purdy'.

tho what they did isnt right , defaceing there proporty isnot the right method of fixing the problem.... its still is in the way of a handie caped person, you should eather get the cutters cut the cable and leave the bike sitting in a nice open parking spot for someone else to come accross or if you dont wanna get the cutters just flip the bike over the rail so its on the stair side and maybe even do what i do to assholes bikes and add another lock on it xD notheing funnyer then when they take ther lock off and see there bikes still chained up with another lock that they cant get off
