More gradshow prep featuring my character Han in both his human form and his shark form. His design changed a bit for this piece in that his shark form lost all his hair. I think it looks better having the more streamlined look that is so distinctive to sharks.

These interlocking pieces (that don't actually interlock that well because I created them separately) were made exclusively for my disposable portfolio. They came to be simply because while in the process of making my mini book, I realized kind of last minute (or at least I considered it last minute) that I needed another two page spread to make the book work. So, another late night it was. I was inspired by a piece someone had done that was strictly black and white, so I decided to experiment with colour blocking again since I hadn't done it for so long. I started this piece at about 1 or 2AM and finished about 4 or 5AM. By the time I crawled into bed, the sky was no longer black but a lovely deep blue colour and birds had started to chirp. Son of a... @_@
