I love the thoughtfulness of the horseface in this shot!
Because it feels good to anthropomorphize a big horsehead-shaped chunk of celluclay and cardboard...

They are true? Sounds interesting. I'll look for it on Amazon. :)
If you're into that sort of thing, my current favorite book of that topic that I own is "The Strange Case of the Walking Corpse" by Nancy Butcher. It covers everything from really weird but true stories, to strange diseases and even strange sexual fetishes, as in, stuff that would even make the most hardcore furry barf. XD

I made it out of a long wig wrapped around a cardboard tailbone. It's a good idea, because i like the fact that it sticks out (unline most dangly horsetails people have) but i need to make a better one... the problem with this one is that the tailbone is too rigid, and it makes sitting down a real pain in the ass... literally :P
Figured I'll tack something onto this. Sorry I've been so quiet honey, I've been in the hospital for like.. ever, with the flu, which developed into a nasty case of pneumonia. I came home Friday, finally, but haven't really felt like doin' much .....
...yet. I'll be me again soon, no doubt. <3

Wait a couple of decades to see what stem cell therapy comes up with. If it can replace broken organs it should be able to produce custom ones too. Growing simple stuff like skin and bone is technically possible already, and that's mostly all you'd need combined with a lot of surgery. The two decade wait is for this kind of tech to become widely available enough that it isn't just for saving lives.
That, and figuring out how to add the hair

Nobody can outlaw research worldwide. If there's any good that can come from it and money to be made, somebody will do it. All you achieve by making new tech illegal is to make sure that when it becomes popular, you have nobody at home that knows how to do it.
What I worry about is what happens when we get far enough that whole body chromosome transplants are possible. That's when whatever you've done to yourself happens to your kids too. Lawmakers are really not going to like that.

Yeah, it's something that has affected my life greatly... I do think sometimes i have a connection with them on a spiritual level. Horse soul! And the love i have for equine kind is what keeps me going through my darker times.
*hugs you* You're one of a few people who seem to understand it.

It does feel awfully nice having a tail... especially when i don't have pants on, it's wonderful when it swishes against my bare legs. :)
I need to make one that's more comfortable though, so i can wear it for days at a time. heh
I can't sit down in this one really, or lay on my back at all, because the tailbone is too rigid. :-/

This is really awsome! =O I love the mask/horse-head, the tail the corset all od it. Really adorable! Is that you in the dress? That adorbale little tyed up tail... naw! you seem to be a very cute person. The whole athmosphere is just... emotional breathtaking. I would initially lush standing before you like that.... says the red horse. X)
oh don't make such a tempting offer to me. I would love to come back to that someday. I am currently working on some con pictures and I have a 'grooming picture' which I am very fond of... *grooms*
Your art is really adorable. You are a very special person and you create very special and nice art. Thanks for sharing!

One of the best things in the world is being groomed by someone, oh how i long for that...
If i was a pony i'd definitely still want the touch of a kind human i think... hands are our gift. When using them for good, we can do amazing things, and make others feel wonderful pleasures.
I enjoy sharing my art, and that enjoyment is in no small part because of people like you who love it! So thanks for being here. :)

*groooooms* I also love to share the art with people who appreciate it. To make people happy with my art is an amazing feeling and to enjoy the art of others is the best reward!
Thanks a lot for the watch, Major! (I never know how to adress you :o I hope it is not rude to call you major?)
It's so dearly appreciated! *nuzzle*

Cute as
Love the tail wrap as well
I have one of the latex costume horse heads in chestnut - bought from ebay - which can look quite good if you disguise the neck join with clothing. I did a couple of short videos of me wearing it and playing with a bit / whinnying and snorting a lot ! Not sure where I put them - if I find them out I might post a few stills ! { I don;t look as purty though - more comical ! }
I'm another pony at - I'd quite happily become a 24/7 pony given the chance ... and wouldnt be bothered if I were mare or stallion - just love being part of a herd !
WHEN I win the lottery I'll make sure some of it goes on research into pony-morphic genetic modification

You can find it at most craft stores... Michael's carries it. ...I'm not really sure what section it'd be in, because i've only bought it once (i got a 5-lb bag... and 5lbs dry is a LOT, because you only need a little bit of it to work with when you add the water)
But someone there would be able to tell you.
Yeah, air-dry... it does take a day or two to fully dry though.

How in the world do you create so much high quality art so quickly? I can barely click the "Add to Favorites" button fast enough to keep up!
Seriously, I've had some basic-level art lessons (none of them actually took even though I did have good teachers) so I do have a vague appreciation of how much time real art takes. Do you ever sleep?
Above all, thanks for sharing your art with us.

Well, i do most of my art while i'm at work... so it's a better usage of time that would otherwise be wasted, i think. So that way i get time to sleep :P
It does take a long time. Most of my pictures don't get finished in one day... but i've been really productive lately, hehe.
And you're very welcome... i enjoy sharing my art with those who appreciate it. :)

I know you said the red wrap was there partly for practical reasons, but the red is a nice choice. Nothing adds punctuation to black leather and platinum/white hair like that little touch of red that says "look at my ass" *grin*
I must say, I am in awe of the horse head piece . . and you say that was the first costume item you made? An excellent start *grin* It isn't soft and "furry" of course, but it looks to me rather like a Greek marble come to life . . and yeah, as someone mentioned above such smooth skin :0 I've been told I make a nice female as well, but if skin shows, I have to shave it :P Anyway, you look very statuesque in this lighting especially . . .
