Would take Mulefoot into the woods, down by the river...at night?
Rita would. Well she would if she was hoping the person who killed her sister 10 years prior would be there.

What will she find?
Would Muley really have left clues clear enough so that even that many years later Rita would know it had been him?
Wait, was it really him? I speculate a thought out "yes".
Muley, I love love LOVE the way you drew Rita in the second to last panel. She's gorgeous and her body is just yummy.
Lunarwolf: *grin* Sage advice.

that begs a lot of questions. is tony the killer for whom rita searches? if so, then 'might not like what you find' is more than ominous; it's practically a notarized letter of intent for tony to confess. that's gotta end badly.
if not ... how many serial killers haunt the roads round these parts, anyway? and is that one nostalgic enough to return to this 'scene of the crime'? i don't know i see that ending up much better.
cheers

Oh man, I'm on the edge of my seat for this one. I'd really like to think that it isn't Tony who's the killer, but I see him being the sort who would befriend the victim's sister... maybe in some strange way of trying to make up for his deed. Maybe Rita was just at the wrong place at the wrong time...
Whatever happens, I don't see it ending well.

I hate to beat "edge of my seat" to death, but...
You can't ever be sure of anyone or anything in SLOP, and that's what I love about it.
Well, aside from all the rest XD
Very nice use of physical backdrop for emotional backdrop. It's something I admire with you: the ability to melt surroundings together with the story, making them part of it and not just necessary environment.
