Zardoz is the name of the movie. I saw it on its original release. it was significant for me as it was the first R rated movie I had managed to get into before i was of age; I dressed like a more mature adult and wore mirrored sunglasses.

I haven't seen it since and considering time has not good for movies (or television shows) when they been seen by new generations I will not try to judge its merits here.

You saw this in the theater? Must've been a really strange experience, seeing something like that in the multiplex with other viewers in the dark about what's happening onscreen.

It was in the days before multiplex theaters as we know them now. Where I saw it on first release, the theater had been built as two in one, side by side. That was the most to be found at the time.

I remember the one and only time I saw Zardoz. It was on a double-bill with... I think it was Logan's Run. How I managed to survive is a mystery even greater than how two such awful movies were ever made...

It wasn't THAT bad of a movie. Besides, if you saw it in a theatre, that means you would have to be pretty old-
