A giant dragon from the Cloud Empire, he somehow finds it mildly amusing up there at best. Somewhat apathetic in personality he tends to come down to our lands when bored, which is often. As a tiny, he's probably not a macro you want to come across as he'll usually use your property and body for his amusement before discarding you and moving onto another fun project. He tends to be submissive around other macros, following along with them and doing what they tell him, though he's drawn to more aggressive and destructive ones for obvious reasons.

His shorter tail makes it even harder for him to adjust size, but he does have an inate understanding of electricity to compensate. Not only can he generate lightning attacks and abilities, he has some control over the electricity in buildings and vehicles. He sometimes will use this to remote control vehicles for his amusement, or bring a bus-load of toys literally towards him.

Corin, known as Cutting Rose in his Ultra form is a human who works for the EGF, Earth Giants Force. As an Ultra Agent, he can summon his armor and grow to massive sizes when needed to defend our cities. A slight flaw in the Ultra system though is after an agent grows to a set size, they must wait 30 min. before growing again, and even then they must shrink down to normal human size first. Rather wicked macros with rapid size change abilities sometimes will start raiding a town waiting for an Ultra Agent to appear, only to outgrow them soon afterwards so they can continue to have their way.

Corin's Ultra form sports an advanced communications array on his head, and two energy spikes that can be emitted from his forearms. In addition to being useable as blades, the energy spikes can be used to taser macros instead of slicing them. His suit is also a little unique amonst Ultra Agents in that it doesn't cause rapid sexual apetite increase like most do, so he's less likely than most others to cause additional damage to cities he just protected, that being said, it's not 100%.
